I agree, which makes the timing and reasons all the more confounding to me.. The only rationale that makes since.. He wanted a certain sect of the team to know that Jefferson wasn't simply going to waste away on the bench.. He wanted the players to hunker down instead of allowing this to fester in the locker room.. Having the players upset/mad at a few fans is better than a divided locker room..

And if you think this place represents the MAJORITY of LSU fans,...then you are loosing it..the only controversy is with the fanbase,..the coach, players are together as one...

Yet you leave out many different factors. No one is bitching about JJ coming in for goal line. It's the perceived lack of respect for Lee and JJ's attitude since he's been at LSU and particularly last year.
Whether fair or not, the QB debacle we had last season did not sit well with most fans.
In the end, Les is going to do what he wants. I really don't give a shite for his getting upset with the fans. They were wrong for booing, but if Les is so naive that he didn't see that coming, then he's as stupid as many fans of other teams think he is. (I don't believe he is, but I think he just doesn't give a shite).

Then these fans need to learn what a formation sub is. Les wasn't slighting Lee. He was playing a percentages play call where Jefferson has made that conversion in the past. And he wants to re-integrate Jefferson into the offense. It seemed to have worked. Two birds with one stone. I promise you Lee was not slighted in this.

Les is going to do what he feels is best for the team. He is the HC, and that is his right. At some point we need to trust his instinct, and his history to lead us as a unit. Why don't all the fans stay home next Saturday so we don't hurt the poor little players whose ego's are hurt by fans booing JJ. The MOFO didn't care about the fans when he was kicking the shite out of somebody. frick JJ and his posse.

Why boo at all. If it was JJ you booed,how is it his fault and what did you expect him to do. Should he have refused to go out on the field.If it was Miles or his decision to play JJ I don't get that either. It seemed like a decent call considering down,distance and personnel.
