Miles at his WORST is still elite in SEC!

There is a thread someone started on here recently that used the 2008 season as the starting point and pointed out that Miles has lost 22 games since then. As usual with people cherry picking starting points, this leaves out 3 of CLM's best seasons.
It made me curious however, as to how the other SEC teams have done in his chosen time frame. The results pretty much show why "bama envy" is the biggest blinder our fan base has. Here are the total losses of all 14 current SEC teams in all games since 2008.
Bama 10
LSU 22
Fla 27
USC 28
GA 28
Mizzo 28
AUB 31
TAMU 35
MSU 37
OleMS 39
ARK 39
Tenn 46
Vandy 48
Ken 52
The gap between LSU and the rest of the SEC only widens of course if you include CLM's first 3 seasons. It also narrows the gap between LSU and Bama to a 25 to 28 count. No commentary...just the facts!

that is the lowest we have ever fallen in the west, even in his worst years we have only ever finished 3rd.
But now he had run the program into the ground.
5th in the west is nothing to be ashamed about this year.

Thread title is misleading. Clearly says Miles at his WORST yet he includes 2011. That's bullshite. Miles is at his worst right now and we are 6th in the West. Not elite.

Assuming we make up the 12-game gap vs. the Gumps in the next two weeks, what do they do for the championship game? Do the East and West champions get to bring back any players they want from 2008 to present for the game?

He explained why he chose the time frame. If that went over your head, not really sure what I can say to help you get it.

This post isn't about the ONE bad year we are currently having. This post is about knee jerk reactions that our fan base is prone to. Miles has earned the right to a bad season is what the numbers say.
