Its not like he was interupting the game or anything. The MSU game needed all the extra entertainment we could get. Year in and Year out its definitely the most BORING SEC game on our schedule.

Just in case you didn't notice, the game was pretty close. I sit in the 2nd row, so when that idiot gets in front of me trying to start the wave like he did this past weekend, I'm gonna yell at him to get the hell out of the way.

Pretty close is a stretch but anyway.

Some clown trying to start the wave who is obstructing your view of the game is different then a mascot goofing around on the sidelines not obstructing anything.

You seem like a dedicated fan so why were u watching the mascot and not the game since in ur words it was pretty close??

Lol, I should have explained better. Sitting in the 2nd row gives me a pretty crappy view but at least I am in the stadium. I'm always leaning left or right to see around the goalpost in front of me. The clown that was obstructing my view by trying to start the wave was Mike. He was standing right up against the fence and right in front of me.

I was higher so the game was pretty far.

I didn't know Mike did this during the North Texas game. I thought we were talking about the MSU game because I saw him rolling around in that net.

It made me laugh just because I knew there was some kid in there having a damn good time.

Mike also took out the dude in the Coca Cola Bottle suit. Looked like he took a running start and gave him an elbow to the face

SO you guys complain when MIKE doesnt do enough, but then complain when he does to much, If it were up to me i would like to see MIKE do more during the game, i mean if you look at every other good mascot program, they do skits during the game.

This is what they have a mascot for, is to entertain the crowd and pump the TRUE fans up

The guy who is complaining about Mike distracting from the game is a freaking dork. Get a life, dude. Mascots are awesome.

So, I'm not a true fan if I don't get off on large fuzzy creatures?

If thats the case, then I'll just continue being a fake fan and watch the game.

How are you able to list all of the things that he did if no one was paying attention...
I noticed all those things too so hes definitely getting attention. I agree though that his behavior was a bit unorthodox...
I think the guy inside sniffed some glue or something. He was loving holding onto the field goal post.

As much as I would have liked to, there was a game going on and that had the majority of my attention.

not too sure about this theory but it could have something to do with him being in the capital one mascot challenge... he acts a bit different this year as if he's trying to acquire more attention for some possible national face time. thought about this after seeing aubie at auburn and wondered why he was always acting like a cartoon retard

the guy in the suit is my roommates brother. He is an attention hog but a very nice guy. He just likes to have fun... He as acting like a tiger stuck in a net and it got people to chant "free mike" he was sliding down the goal post. he was enjoying himself, he wasnt under the influence. just let him have a good time.... most people seem to enjoy it

Tell him I think he's doing a good job.

I never even notice most of the time.

I've been thinking the same thing about the Mascot Challenge. Mike has been acting different this year.

Aubie is a fig.
