Holy Hell! They took loans from the UAW?

That is literally being in a RICO case with the mob. Christ.

I agree, but they shouldn’t even be in the tournament, Will Wade shouldn’t be coach, and their whole starting lineup should be ineligible. If we lose, in like 2 years, the record books are going to say we lost to (removed) and we currently know this and we have known this for like 2 years

That's a great pre-melt

It’s such a big ten move to cry about the mean sec team, while having a coach that was paid as a player and as a result cost you two final fours.

This is legend and leaders shite

It is frustrating to play against a team openly cheating. Like if we pay everyone, fine, but why is LSU paying guys basically out in the open and suffering zero consequences?

This is hilariously stupid. He'd hate LSU for openly cheating even if Mich were cheating and hiding it. What an idiot.

My best friend is a Michigan fan and he's saying the exact same thing. With his melting already he's making himself look like a jackass.

Hopefully we beat the frick out of them and see them melt like jackasses even more.

This is my favorite quote. It translates to: Its fine if we are cheating but I know that they are cheating so they should be punished.

That's funny coming from the conference that's shitting itself in the tournament.

Listen to uppity Michigan fans whose school employed a doctor who sexually abused students (mostly men) from the 60s until the early 2000s when he retired even after numerous complaints were filed to those in charge, including storied names at UM — such as Bo Schembechler and former Athletic Director Don Canham, along with several other coaches and two high-ranking UM administrators. The dude was "fired" from his position at Michigan only to be placed in some other position where he became the top athetic physician at Michigan.

It somehow all hit the fan about two years when someone spoke out about it and they have over 800 people who have called in with accusations including football players, etc. Dude was giving out long, unnecessary rectal and prostate exams, masturbating while examining people, having them fondle his junk, etc. One former student said they started calling him Dr. Drop Your Drawers Anderson.

One guy who was on the wrestling team said right after he accused the doctor of sexual abuse, he was dismissed from the team. Michigan has no room to talk about anyone.

Someone go on that board and ask those jackasses why their Final Four banners from 1992 and 1993 are folded up and sitting in a storage closet somewhere instead of hanging from the rafters of their arena.

No it's not. Once the money changes hands, its on the income earner to report it. No reporting as income, then THAT's the crime.

Wow. You do? You do know Wade is on tape? I'd love to hear it. Can you provide a link? And not accusations of being on tape. The actual tape. Please link it.

I mean they played the tape on the scheme documentary. It's definitely real. I agree with the sentiment from all of y'all but we don't have to act like the tape isn't real or something.

Love this coming from the fan base that vacated almost everything from the Fab Five days and was forced to disassociate itself from all of those guys for a few years.

How much was Chris Webber paid to play for two years at Michigan? How about Robert Traylor?

Were these Michigan nutjobs calling for the death penalty then?

It's a bit of a foregone conclusion that the tape exists. The documentary version of it is what everyone lost their minds over and wants to see Wade burned at the stake for.

The important legal point to take note of is that the Will Wade portions of the tape were not ruled as admissible evidence in the FBI case which then made them off limits for the NCAA.

So it's a situation where people kind of know what was said, but it can't be legally proven in a court of law.

On top of that, the comments themselves, while fairly obvious to understand, are not specific. He does not discuss money or payments of any kind. No figures are discussed. In effect, he made some bad-sounding comments that got out but there's nothing for the NCAA to go on.

Did we pay guys? Most likely. Hard to imagine that we didn't based on the stuff we've heard. Can it be proven? That's another thing entirely. Is every other top team in the country from sea to shining sea paying at least something for their guys? Based on the FBI investigation and the shoe company information that came out it sure as heck looks like it.

I'm not mad at LSU for playing the game the way the system currently forces you to play it. People at other schools with top recruits need to think very carefully before they ask for someone else's team to be penalized. We're not just talking glass houses. College basketball lives in entire glass cities.
