In the weight room he's throwing around 315 like bam bam with a bone our future running back is gonna break some records at LSU before he leaves

I heard the same thing couple years ago about KW and his calves
He looks the part though

That's good, he should be at his size - I just hope he's throwing fools around like that on the football field

there was a pic of him at a track meet or something and he was swolt. any one got it? I hope he keeps the speed. KW seems to have lost a step with his increased bulk.

It's hard to imagine him getting much pt this year, but with the lack of experience going into next year(10) at RB, we might need him to play this year..we'll have him and ridley and murphy, i beleive

J Vincent was never the same after he bulked up,Straight ahead speed was still there but the quickness from side to side was gone

JV never bulked up, he got fat. BIG difference. Keiland bulked up.

As I've said many times in the past, Ford loves the weightroom. He routinely benched over 400 pounds in high school. His work ethic is what separates him from most RBs.
