I streamed most of the Auburn game to my computer, and the first thing I told my friends after I watched it was this: "Mett's footwork makes Ryan Mallett look like Baryshnikov."

I posted this 2years ago after seeing drills on Tigerag, sorry but he was the worst looking and bad ,when he had to make quick drop backs or required to move. Cement shoes are bad but he's got boots.

I'm not talking about foot speed. I'm talking about his feet always being totally pointed in the wrong direction. It's just laziness, and like Mallett, a coasting upon arm talent while coaches are either too timid or incompetent to correct it.

Any decent 12-year-old football coach should be able to correct these obvious mistakes, just like any decent 12-year-old football coach should have been able to correct JJ's wind-up-from-the-outfield throwing motion.

God only knows why it doesn't happen at LSU under Les Miles.

He never gets out of pocket. He needs to help the O line a little by moving into the pocket on back side blitzes.
