Are these NFL draft prospect rankings or college player rankings?

Nfl draft rankings by position

***Side note for recruiting gurus ... Chucky hunter rated as the 9th best DT prospect. Not saying Mikey Johnson isn't a great ambassador for lsu but that was a clear miss

Landon Collins is number one safety prospect

Well, Joe Barksdale is still playing in the NFL, so I guess anything is possible.

What a joke. Do they consider coverage skills in their evaluations?

He may be a good tackler but he is not a beast. He sucks in coverage. I don't think the combine will be kind to him.

he's a unanimous first team all american, he'll run 4.5 at worst at the combine

He will be a first round draft pick, we would be lucky to have him. He doesn't 'suck' at anything.
