Even if we win out and beat UGA in the SEC championship. Mostly pointed to our loss to Tennessee and how It will be hard to jump them. Don’t shoot the messenger. The Joseph guy disagreed with team.

Edit: Kirk also disagrees sort of.

Who cares what the frick they say. Three games left. Lots can happen.

Enjoy the ride. LSU wasn't suppose to be in this position. Everything to me is icing on the cake after beating bama.

It will be hard to jump them if they finish with one loss. They beat us by 27 on our home field.

Don’t think that’s right, LSU would have three top 10 wins at that point and be conference champs. Not many would have that kind of resume.

No one knows what the committee will decide is important this year. And it's a little silly to try to predict.

11-1 Ohio State got in over 11-2 B1G Champ Penn State.

But PSU didn't beat what will be a #1 UGA. That's why it's hard to say.

If you roll into the final week with 1-6 with UGA, OSU/UM, TCU, Tenn, LSU, OSU/UM, it would be hard to not have LSU move up at all after beating Georgia.

Just keep winning and it’ll work itself out

Hypothetically they would get to sit at home while we win an SEC title over the team that just dragged their nuts on them

Win and we’re in.

Tennessee definitely gets jumped if LSU beats #1 UGA while Tennessee is at home watching.

The SEC champion will be in the playoff - regardless of who that is. Tennessee didn’t even win their division.

You don’t have to. If we win out Ohio State or Michigan will be the other school. TCU is going to lose to Texas this week and Oregon will lose again. So at worst the playoff will be

1)Ohio State/Michigan
2)Tenn
3)LSU
4)Georgia

But we can absolutely jump Tenn because they have proven they can slip up too like vs Pitt and might lose before end of year I have seen crazier things

Their logic didn’t make sense. I am going to assume the winner of Mich/OSU is in and for the sake of discussion let’s say TCU wins out.

If LSU wins out and they keep Tennessee ahead of LSU (which I can understand that argument) are they really going to put both Georgia who LSU just beat and Oregon who Georgia beat by 40 above them.

What LSU really needs to happen is the PAC-12 schools to beat each other because the committee could easily bail themselves out in that situation by picking a 1 loss PAC-12 champion.

He said basing it off of what has happened since 2014, we wouldn’t get in, which he’s right because it’s never happened before.

That’s the fricked up part. If LSU beats UGA, UGA is basically penalized for playing the extra game.

Tennessee has to play Mizzou, S Carolina and Vandy; they aren’t slipping up on those teams.
