Simmons is bigger than Mickey and Mickey played 4 alright.
Also, besides being an All-Star game, do any of you realize Simmons has a game at 2pm tomorrow in NEW YORK. Not only a game, but it's the HS national tournament. Why is he going to give 100% in a game that means nothing but will wear him out for something he cares about?

I agree. This team lacked leadership this year. Neither Martin or Mickey were very vocal players.

With the way Simmons can pass, score, and rebound, he will have a lot of triple doubles next year. Gonna be fun.

I feel like Tone is similar to Hornsby in that they work their asses off. Good vocal leaders mixed with hard workers will be a great mix.

Nobody here talked about him scolding Briscoe after not passing to wide open Blakeney. That's insnae leadership in this game. He's getting everyone equal looks when on the court. Just miles beyond IQ wise.

yeah and I think Hornsby can be a vocal leader too. Just didn't see anybody really try and rally together this year. Blakeney and Simmons are both super impressive speakers. Good to see this. First time i've really heard them interviewed.

Yea I think I heard Hornsby was a gym rat and tried to get the other guys motivated to stay over practices etc... Well he wont have problems keeping Ben and Antonio in the gym with hin after practices etc because they are all gym rats. Dudes literally eat, sleep, drink, piss and shite basketball. No partying, no nonsense, all buisness...

Randy Livingston didnt play in the times that we do now. So no he didnt get nearly as much TV time. Ben literally had 5 games on ESPN this year, a scrimmage yesterday, game today, game tomorrow in the National championship tourney And hopefully more.
