he doesn't look like he should have that much ball control and he gets down the floor extremely quick

y'all think we were fun in transition this season, next year will be crazy fast and entertaining...thankfully we'll have depth pretty much across the board to do it, too

I'm a little worried about that. He's not that thick. Hate to judge with one game but he doesn't look good rebounding and guarding bigs.
I have no doubt his offensive skills will be the best LSU has seen since Marcus Thorton.

He has 8 rebounds in the first half...

I'd like to see them coached up to where we can get lots of easy looks because we'll have such great passers on this team.

Pretty concerned about the front court depth tbh.

Exit Martin and Mickey. Enter Simmons and Victor. Looks about the same amount of depth unless Robinson steps up.

We also lose Odo if Im not mistaken. It would be nice is Elbert or Malone would step up. Not talking shite but Malone was soft and im worried that he doeant have the mental toughness to bang in the paint.

Ill chalk this one up to being an Allstate game.

The ESPN interview guy questioning Guard Blakeney asked him why he chose LSU when he could have gone to other basketball powerhouses .Blakeney gave a great answer say in' " he's different". and he and Simmons are going to build a team.

I love that......

Robinson and Epps will be huge for us if they can make that big second year leap. I really think Epps has a lot of potential but he didn't seem to adjust to the college game very well. A guy with his length can certainly help us at the 4.

The frontcourt depth will be limited again which is why not keeping one of Martin and Mickey sucks so hard. But they'll be alright if Robinson steps up.

I can't see Epps being able to hang at the 4. He'll have to be some kind of tweener when we go small to give the starters a couple of minutes of rest.

Yea, only time will tell. Hopefully Benny and Victor have good gas tanks and can stay on the floor for long stretchs without a drop off in production.

Epps is the guy . Elbert.will never be an uptempo player. Neither will Malone. We will play 3-4 guards w Simmons a lot next year.

And Big Ben's interview was also DYNOMITE BABY

Maybe LSU can pick up one of these other undecided McDonald All-Americans.

If epps puts on some weight, he could play the 4. Just praying Robinson puts in the work and takes a big step up.
