bama was rated 3rd in last weeks BCS poll. They had an "at home" loss to a 2 loss team at the time (ole miss). LSU lost on the road to the 3rd rated team. ??? How far do we drop in BCS ranking?

Exactly. At worst, LSU and Bama should've swapped spots. Our losss is much higher "quality." But it's Bama so...

No longer BCS, fyi. Stay in top 10. Win out and still in it. Even if only 1 loss and win out convincingly, coaches/committee members will put us in top 4 if really top 4 team. It will be clear at the end if we are a top 4 team or not.

Flawed logic has been thrown around for years. LSU was not the one who shortchanged USC an opportunity in the BCS championship. Oklahoma stole their spot.
No worries though, those poor suckers hyped the media up and made their own national championship. Lol. Just watch Trojan war on ESPN and you'll see. They never even fricking mentioned LSU or Oklahoma's legitimate championship game.
Oh and screw Alabama. Tired of them beating us every year. It's not really a rivalry for them anymore (if ever it was).

I like the idea of revenge, but that hasn't worked out too well lately.

This says how much you know about football and nobody should pay attention to your opinion from now on. If that committee
uses the same criteria they used last week LSU and Alabama should be ranked next to each other.

BCS poll doesn't exist anymore, and LSU looked far more outplayed against bama than bama did against Ole Miss.
