What a season for JD! And LSU is sitting at 3 losses.

Matt House won’t be forgiven.

I thought House did an admirable job last year, so I’m torn considering how awful the talent is this season.

I think Kelly owes him. Kelly is the one that hired House.

Kelly is also the one who recruited Daniels to LSU. Daniels has gone from a 5-7th round pick at best, to a Heisman Candidate, and a First Round pick. It goes both ways you know.

Maybe he should thank him because our defense gives up scores so quickly that JD gets more opportunities

This is the crazy thing. No one saw House as a liability coming into the season. He was good and particularly his second half adjustments were a strength last season.

He will be gone and he should be but man I just didn’t see this complete collapse coming at all.

I think House should go, but this personnel wasn’t winning the west or making the playoffs no matter who the DC was. We’re just not their yet. It cannot be overstated how bare this cupboard was 2 years ago.

He has done absolutely nothing to help mitigate the lack of talent.

His game plan for Bama was terrible and he did nothing to adjust.

He’s made the best player on the defense largely invisible.

He’s not the only problem, but as the head of the defense he hasn’t figured out how coach the talent that’s there.

He needs to go. And he will go.

LSU talent is at least better than half of the SEC as is. Matt House is responsible for horrible schemes and players being out of position. It is truly breathtaking to watch the lack of communication, players out of position, and lack of scheme.

I’m not sure that’s true right now.

Maybe if all the injured players and Brooks were playing. But not the current lineup.

That’s no excuse for House but we have a real talent issue right now on defense.

He’s not terrible but was unable to build even a decent defense around the players he had. He tried to force them into his system.

He is getting paid to be elite and he isn’t.

Matt House should be brought up on war crimes

Last night may have been his worse yet, making that UF offense look good

The talent is way better than Tulane and we saw how they were formidable they were against Ole Miss. The talent is as good as Ole Miss, Auburn, And many others.

This is a BS narrative. 2 5 stars that start and 2 5 stars they have played a lot and then a dozen 4 stars and another dozen 3 stars. That’s an excuse, we have talent.

When are you going to apologize for your lack of football acumen?

It's not crazy IMO. Did you think House was a strength for this team coming into the season? We had some real WTF moments on defense last year. Just inconsistent. Not the hallmark of a good coach / scheme.
