Yea, back when we had something called offense. I have great memories of Fynn - the pass that beat Auburn - the fake field goal that beat down Spurrier. But we have no possible chance of advancing - of being competitive - with Les's idea of an offense. Sorry, Matt.

So you want miles home because of three straight losses. After everything he has done for the football program. Yeah you are right lets just spit in his face and drop him like a bad girlfriend . It's a shame that the lsu fan base is so spoiled that only a 10-2 or 11-1 record will cut it. I hope they beat a & m and they let him stay till next year.

This is going to put RobbBobb in an awkward position. Knight for JLee or listen to his original daddies Flynn and Hester.

He's going to consult his elder, Al Bundy, about the situation. He'll then share his decision with his apprentice, TLEE.

I imagine that more people give a frick about what Matt Flynn thinks than what the MightyYat thinks.

Matt has had the opportunity to be loyal to what is it, 6 NFL teams? I'd say poor guy, but his bank account shows otherwise.

For significant chunks of LM's tenure--2008-2010 and 2012-2015--LSU has struggled to play sound, competitive football.

And I'm not talking about 60 minutes here--I'm talking 15, 20 or 30 minutes per game of great football.

Alabama of course is in a class by itself--game after game, year after year they turn in good-to-dominant performances for most if not all 60 minutes of a game.

But when the Tigers play our other conference opponents, how many times have they been outplayed? It happens routinely every season.

That in my opinion is why Miles should go--the past three games only magnified a chronic problem so many Tiger teams have had under Miles: the inability in way too many games to play at a level of our opponents. Inexcusable for a program with the advantages LSU has. Pure and simple.

Matts opinion seems to be based on Les 2007...not the program or Les of 2015...

I'm sure Walter Payton would have disagreed with the Saints getting rid of Mike Ditka too. A lot of things can and do happen in almost a decade.

I am a Matt Flynn guy. He is probably the last great QB LSU has had.

BUT why is he defending a guy who kept him on the bench for two years in favor of Jamarcus "Purple Drank" Russell?

I really like Flynn. Thinking that his statement is based more on personal feelings than logic, which is understandable but doesn't help out the program much.

Maybe because he wasn't quite as good as the next to last great QB QB LSU had.

Besides all that, Mett was no slouch anyway.
