I understand nothing is a 100% sure thing but dude has done this same dunk in a high school aau game so he felt comfortable doing it......I think he needed this hopefully it does wonders for his confidence

Do dudes who don't make NBA rosters get to participate in the dunk contest?

I wonder when was the last time LSU had the #1 play on SC.
Jarell is a baller. Love the fact he's from BR too

Last one I can remember was Jared Foster's game-saving catch against A&M last year.

quote:I would get upset at showboating, but I think that dunk was more of an energy release from a guy having a great day. He was having a fantastic first half, the team had just caught back up to Florida, and he made a great steal just to get the ball. Probably had enough adrenaline to do any dunk he wanted.
It was a nice dunk because it was during fast-break but I honestly think it would have pissed me off if I were the coach. I've seen too many plays where players try to showboat and they miss the dunk vs. just getting an easy lay-in.
Mickey's was more of a showboat move.

Any luck finding a link to the Top Ten clip with it in it? That's the one I want to see

Crazy part is TQ had an outstanding dunk right after and probably got fouled in the process. All less than 45 seconds apart

It should have been #1. Thank goodness Joe Tessatore wasn't doing the game. He would have killed over.

In retrospect, we were reeling at bit after letting Florida back in it so his dunk really got the energy back from the first few minutes. I wonder if that flashed through his mind on the way to the basket.
