Didn't we just win it last year?

The team sans Gilbert put up a dud today in the semis of the conference tourney. Pointing this out doesn't mean people are "turning on the team"

since you feel this way (assuming you're not some punk kid that's just frickin' with the board) you really should just go and follow some other team. no baseball team wins every game and to lose 1-0 to the #1 team in the land is NOT CHOKING. both teams contain top of the line, as good as it gets college baseball players. we beat them 3 out of 5 games. that's actually stepping up big time. which happens to be the exact opposite of chocking.

if you truly are an LSU fan, you are disgusting. a segment of our fans expect perfection in every friggin' game. it tells me YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BASEBALL AT THIS LEVEL. in other words, you are an idiot. a fool. a dumbass.

The common denominator with the perspective of Miles, Mainieri, etc has nothing to do with their coaching and everything to do with fans who lack the knowledge of the sport as a whole.

The same people who bitch about Paul will probably bitch about Les. Their peers deem them as great coaches, and they are generally regarded as top tier coaches, but our own fans want them fired.

The interesting thing is that when you ask some of these 'fans' on replacement candidates, they don't have a realistic answer. They also assume that LSU is automatically the number 1 job in the country for every coach...which is entirely false.

It'd be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Hey, where did you play football or baseball? You would pee in your pants with one hard hit. Don't talk about setting if you've never done the heavy lifting.
