I like that. Man in his position should take hard decisions. Like how he acted with the coaching positions.

He isn't afraid to shake up his staff, unlike Les.

Let it go man.
There is a great chance Coach O' doesn't do half what Les accomplished. You going to blame that on Les to?

Coach O wasn't my pick for HC, it was Jimbo all the way, but the way he shakes up the staff when he sees it not working, I'm impressed. He's not stubborn enough to make the hard decisions to let go of people and that's what it takes in this cut throat business.

He's doing what Les' stubborn behind wouldn't do. Ed really trying to earn that THE CEO of LSU Football name.

Yet he keeps Jenkins who doesn't recruit and Ensminger who recruits very little at a position where they are usually young up and coming coaches or great recruiters like Tim Brewster (FSU)

Jenkins trains professional football players, therefore he is not allowed to go on the road to recruit. That's what I have read. Him not being on the road has allowed Coach O to put Austin Thomas on the road to recruit even though he's not a football coach. Pretty smart if you think about it.

I didn't blame anything on Les. Read my post and comprehend it better. As for O, I'm still optimistic about the hire and I know for a fact that there is a chance O doesn't do half of what Les did. I'll just wait and see.

Don't be stupid. Les was always 2-3 years late getting rid of coaches. O has been on time or early, although DC was not fired. Obviously, Craig has a job lined up. Craig would have been reassigned too if necessary.
