MAINIERI doesn't know what he's doing

People are ripping on his lineup right now. Yeah, what does Mainieri know? What has he ever accomplished. Just because he won 1,000 games and won the NC last year doesn't mean he knows what he's doing. He's terrible with the lineup, right? What a moron he was last year moving D.J. to 2nd, among other moves. Are some of you people ON CRACK? Talk about fairweather/bandwagon fans. If we would've lost today, some idiots would be asking for him to be fired. GET A LIFE. FYI: LSU under Mainieri is 85-20 in the past 105 games. Nothing short of domination in the toughest conference in college baseball. No one should even think about questioning his moves. The guy is the best in the business.

PM did this the last two seasons. Pre SEC he tinkers with the lineups and gets the young guys experience.

Who cares what he does, he won us a national championship last year. So what if Hanover is batting cleanup, he won a national championship. So what if Mikki Mahtook or Matt Gaudet or even Micah Gibbs would be better at cleanup he won a national championship last year. Did I mention he won a NC last year. Do you remember what Smoke Laval did, he didn't win a NC but PM did. RANT,RAVE,BIT**, we could get another NC this year.

Anyway discussing the lineup is very reasonable considering the fact that PM and his coaching staff does the exact same thing. And I can guarantee you that he will change the lineup bc its not perfect right now and he knows that

Ehh...LSU lost a series to Tennessee last year and to Illinois, there was some noise but not a lot. PM lets the young guys get experience pre SEC, and I think most people will understand this.

No one is fricking questioning Mainieri. People are just posting ideas about how he might tinker with the lineup or what might be good. We know he will do what's best. He's proved it. Stop acting all high and mighty about being such a great fan for not questioning him. No one is doing that.

Nobody is bashing him. His history has shown he will make changes in the lineup and the batting order. People are just speculating on what those changes will be.

lsu fans greatest in the world my arse we bitch more than any place i know love lsu but all we have done for the last 7 years is wine and bitch everytime we don't win a championship and now we r starting to do it 2 weeks into the following season lol even the yankees have only avg. winning it all about one time every 4 yrs

Easy big fella...you should know by now that there are a lot of children on the Rant who say things just to provoke your kind of response. Most have never played any organized sports short of junior-high volley ball and didn't have the talent to do that very well. BUT they can get on the Rant and become instant "experts" and jerk chains like your's. Ignore them, dude.
