LSU's season. It's just obvious.

I hate to spoil your Christmas if haven't seen your schedule yet. But, LSU will go undefeated.
Without a doubt, LSU will be 7-0 going into the Alabama game. There is no question about this.
LSU owns Alabama in Tuscaloosa. I understand that since 1982 LSU has won in Tuscaloosa 11 times compared to 3 times for Bama. LSU has won there 11 out 14 time. It's your place, you'll claim it again.
Next challenge is Ole Miss on the road. This will be a tough one. But, LSU has a psychological edge over Ole Miss. They are afraid of you and they're imperfect. It will be a close game, but LSU will win.
Next challenge is Texas A&M. You have us in Tiger Stadium and we haven't beat you guys since we joined this conference. Defensively, we are giving up too many yards up the middle. I'm sure Mr. LF won't have a problem with this opportunity.
Next, Georgia in the SEC championship. This is a good matchup for LSU and the West will be the West.
Finally, Ohio State. They are primed to be beat as evidenced by Northern Illinois and can still run the table on their schedule.
Congratulations. I hope I didn't ruin your surprise.

Alabama: Revenge game (win)
Arkansas: Revenge Game (win)
Ole Miss: Toss Up (for now)
Texas A&M: Revenge Game [for reasons other than score outcome] (win)

Welcome to a Chavis coached defense.

I think if anyone has a good chance to beat LSU it's now while they are still figuring out just how good they are but that day may have just ended with the auburn game. OM doesn't have the depth LSU does period and by the time we get to them the two deep will be playing good football. Only way LSU loses this year is if we beat ourselves and it can very well happen but I just don't see us losing more than one and that may be enough? We have to beat bama and OM though anyone else and we ok I believe. But who else? Lol

Did Welter get an extra year of eligibility and transfer to tamu?

I'd rather take it one game at a time

Your OP was gracious if not factious.
Either way, good luck.

No, they now have Chavis.
That's their Christmas present from LSU.

Because it's somewhat rare that people fully get to enjoy the obvious outstanding future. There is an emotional hedge that prevents enjoyment. Also, this is remarkable. LSU will have its first perfect season. I'm just giving you a few months more enjoyment by enjoying it now.

Since the series moved to Tuscaloosa (we used to play a lot of those games in Birmingham), permanently - we're 8-5. We won the last 3 games in Birmingham, too - going 11-5 @ Bama since we won the Bear's last game against LSU in 1982 (in Birmingham).
The home team advantage is flipped for the series going back a long time - the late 60s for us and the early 80s for them.
