How in the world we didn't know that SC right fielder has a strong arm? And the 3rd base coach sending Duplantis home was a dumb decision. Unbelievable! :(

Nope. I don't care if we have a tortoise on 3rd and they have a cannon out there, tagging and trying for home is a thousand times more likely to get us a run than having him on 3rd with 2 outs. I don't know why they don't save time and just end every LSU inning on the 2nd out.

And don't forget how prodigious we've been all season knocking runners in from third with two outs.

It was a lead pipe cinch our next batter was gonna get a hit, right???

Yes, right!! One more down vote

Listen here you tennis playing idiot. It was a good call by 3rd base coach. 3rd base coach has gotten a lot better with sending players and this was a good call. It just was a better play by SC.

There is not one person out there that has any baseball intelligence that thinks that was a bad decision.

Meh. Even though he was out by 10 miles, I think they did the right thing sending him on the sac fly. They have a better chance at scoring there than not sending him and trying to get a base hit with 2 outs.

Listen I am not the biggest PM fan at all but that was the right call. Sometimes the other team makes a better play. It was a close play, we were down a run with a fast runner on third. You got to send him there

I don't care who the outfielder is. A ball that deep with Duplantis at third he should always be sent home. It'd takes a perfect play on all parts to get him.

That dude was on money when he almost threw out Duplantis at the 3rd base. One of the best arms I've seen in college baseball all my life.

Yes the days of recruiting roided up first basemen to play shortstop are well over. You really went out on a limb there.
