That defense gave up 475 yards to Arky and ~520 to Miss.

Their front 7 is probably the best in the country. But their defensive backfield has showed significant holes at times.

I'm not saying they aren't good. Just that they aren't as invincible as the narrative suggests.

No agenda, Alabama is just better this year...and Saban's on the sidelines.

Lol, no agenda. Dude, you would drop down, in public, and suck saban's dick if he asked you to. But, there is no agenda. Check out the scores of the last 4 games that saban has brought his team to BR. Every game came down to the final second. LSU is overall more talented than Alabama this year, as much as it hurts you to hear that.

You know, I get where your mind is, and back in 2008 I fell for the very same logic. We had given up 50 to UF and UGA and Lee was handing out pick-6's like a used car salesman hands out business cards and false promises. Alabama came in #1 and I said it would be impossible to beat that team. Of course the analogy is somewhat flawed since we lost that game, but we were right there and took them to OT and had our chances.

I will NEVER write off my Tigers again. And this team? Are you kidding??? Who are you to suggest it "won't happen"???

The talent, experience, and now the coaching are all aligned.

ONE TEAM, ONE HEARTBEAT.

Nice, I didn't realize that. I've admittedly watched very little football outside of LSU this year.

Nice write-up. You left out a crucial part too. Our team will not be fatigued for our games in November. They will literally be energized!

I do not agree with this for now, until we see how we do against some better teams.

Won't happen.

We might be underdogs but we should be able to play with them at home

I like the way you think...
You won't have a chance if you don't believe it can happen...

Very optimistic, but i would have to say i agree to an extent. The best thing this team has going for them is the fact that they are unpredictable. Think about this defense is new, the offense is new, and most teams have know LSU and their playbook for the last 10+ years. I dont think they have revealed many of their cards this season, its gonna be fun to watch.

One a side note if they run the table.....we will all remember this season as one of the greatest most improbable runs ever in LSU history.

We are WAY behind if we are going to have better offensive numbers than the Mett,Hill,OBJ,Landry years.
