I've reached 100 in a single post.

Best day of my TD life is when I had one post with 100 upvotes and another with 100 downvotes on the same board. Still looking for that one post that has both though. Tough cookie. I'm thinking if I call Fred a fat retard, it might get it, but I don't think he's a retard. I might be an a-hole, but I'm an honest a-hole.

Don't really care about bans either. Honestly, it won't kill me if I fail to inspire others to hope for and expect more here...but that doesn't mean I won't try.

Thanks, Tony Robbins.

A miracle, yes because of the disparity in available pitching. But I still expect it.

Truth is, we don't know how great that disparity will be.

Oregon State didn't play a lot of midweek games, a couple of them were cancelled. They came into the tourney without their #1 guy, after having him all season.
So they're on a 2nd guy/3rd guy rotation.

We're both into the bullpen now, and while their's put up better numbers, we had midweek games against South Alabama and Southeastern (regional teams), they had midweek games against Portland and Abilene Christian.

The guy they're starting tomorrow is a fastball pitcher coming back from injury. That tells me 2 things: one is that we should see hittable strikes, not a bunch of offspeed junk. The other thing is that he likely will be on a pitch count, a fairly short leash. So we could get to him, and if we knock him out, you don't really know what else they have.
I wasn't overly amazed by either of their pitchers today, and this was a game to close us out. If what they have in reserve isn't as good as today's guys, I think we get our share of runs on them.

Now, will it be enough? We'll have to see. Ideal is Gilbert getting through the order twice without much damage. After that, go an inning at a time. Biggest key will be not walking guys, and I think that goes for both teams.

I hope we can get 5 good innings from Gilbert.

Then bring in Newman, and hopefully he's sharp for 2 innings.

Then close with Hess.

Going back to Newman msy be a risk after his last outing, but everyone else in our bullpen is as much or more of a risk, I my opinion.

They key is, we need 5 innings and a close game from Gilbert.

This just means that the championship series might be an offensive explosion.

Let's beat these pesky Beavers before we worry about all that..

Our bracket has plenty of pitchers to worry about... and bats... they gots some bats....

Didn't you know when the downvotes reach 100, you'd automatically be banned for 24 hours?

RFK topped 1000 downvotes in his polo shirt thread and unfortunately he's still around.
