Wish you would have had the pregame fight between Big E and Spielman. I was at the game, it was hotter than a hot tamale.

I was too. Great game except passing on the 7 when all we needed was a FG. CLM would have won that game IMO. That is where the stupidity of Mike Archer REALLY came out.

We should have won both games against OSU in the 1980's. Only our own blunders prevented it. The loss in the "Shoe" was inexcusable.

Yeah, and remember the next week a cool front came through and was pretty chilly for Fla. game; As fate had Fla. missed a FG @ the horn or we could have had back to back 13-13 ties!

FWIW, I think that Day games at Tiger Stadium are not loud because of they mass appeal and idea that night games are so much more louder....i think the average game at 12 is definitely not gonna be as loud as it would be at night. JMHO. Nice video by the way!!

Was at that game as a student -------should have won that one!

I did not like the play call at the goal line. If I remember correctly it was a first down pass.

We were all excited when OS missed their field goal then we all sort look around at each other realizing we should have won

The A$$ Hole cheer we would chant after we scored went away after this game-----I believe ---the ohio state university complained---not sure though

The field was designed that way for the movie "Everybody's All-American".

The movie company paid for the the design. It stayed like that all season. When they were going to film some game scenes they would paint over the LSU on the state at midfield and just paint a star where BR is.

Man campus was at fever pitch that week.
The young pups that think LSU "started" when they enrolled need to watch this one.

This was a game that helped reinforce the Death Valley intimidation factor. Maybe it's becuz I was in the student section but the games the last fee years don't seem to have the SUSTAINED noise as those games.

How long was the delay at the beginning of the game because of the noise... ?

Wasn't this the game that the Buckeyes would not come out of the locker room to start the game until the Tigers came out?
