he's saying in a different way what most of us have been saying...we're being dissed by the talking heads and not a lot is expected of us, just the situation that LSU loves to be in!!!!

Les just isn't a great speaker- he gets too many thoughts jumbled up in his head when trying to answer dumb questions. But he knows exactly what he's doing with his football program. He's proven that pretty much every year.

saw that and quit reading. So with all things being equal, Alabama loses just about as much as we do, yet people are doubting LSU? ok

Give them their credit, but I hop this is a joke. They last two years they had every conceivable break possible: MULLIGAN after beating 1 ranked team, favorable schedule, opponents with unfavorable schedule, undefeated teams on probation, worst NC opponent ever.

They won 3 of the last 4 NCs. You have that many excuses for their "luck"?

I want Saban and Tuscaloosa to be swallowed by a giant sink hole, but shite they they've been nailing it.

No. Not even close. That was Bama anyway you slice it. They won the one that mattered rather convincingly. We had our chance and we wet the bed. I fricking hate how our fan base likes to give Bama hell for claiming the Tuscaloosa Times voting them #1 after a 8-4 season as a National Championship and then arguing that it should have been us that year. It's hypocritical bullshite and as a fan base we should be better than that.

Nope anyway you slice it they should have never had a chance to go in the first place. What is the Conference Championship if not a game to congratulate you on traversing your schedule the best and then by winning it(championship game), giving you a chance for an even better game(national championship game)

Every other fricking year the second best conference team (no matter how good) gets a BCS bowl invite if the conference winner goes to the National Championship. One of the hardest thing to do is beat an opponent a second time and we were not going to beat those odds. It's sickening shite to see you accept them(AP Poll voters) arse raping us just to satisfy their own agenda.

Well in fariness we ended with the better record. Coaches have to vote the bcs game winner #1. Doesnt mean they all think they should have been #1.

Id also bet if there was still another game to play after that one, we would have still been ranked higher in the bcs.

But yeah lets just let bama keep getting mulligans

Dear Delusional Fool,

There is no rule that you have to win your conference. Although I didn't like them getting in the NC game, I have enough sense to STFU about the bitching since they skull fricked us 21-0.

There's two different things trying to be discussed here..... one is the article which the OP posted, which actually is a very good read.

The other is this tangent that a lot of fans get on regarding the 2011 BCS NG. I will never change my stance that Alabama should not have been there. Period. Yes, they were, and still are, a very good team but we played them, beat them at home, it should be the end of discussion. That's why the regular season exists in the first place.

Anyway, the point I'm getting at is that there's no sense is whining over what happened. It's over and done and pay more attention to the article the OP posted. Take time and read it. You'll be glad you did.

Just saying.

Yeah it's only a few paragraphs. The author states what is pretty much objectively true, gives a lot of credit to Coach and the team. His finish nails it "Not sure what to expect from this team in 2013? Good. That means that the LSU Tigers are must watch football." If Coach Cameron can get an efficient O to relieve some pressure on our D we'll be as exciting and good as any in the country. Can't wait till Dallas.
