People here thought we were not going to turn anything in. The facemasks were rampant.

I'm sure the Alabama alums in the league office will consider them carefully...

The comments on that are hilarious. Its incredible how stupid and biased people are.

1. Florida fans claiming that Fournette punched a played with his closed fist when you can see the defender was grabbing by his helmet and fournettes hand was open

2. Florida fans claiming they recovered the ball in bounds when replay clearly shows he never had possession until after he slid out of bounds

3. Florida fans claiming the holder shouldve been down on the fake FG

Idiots

I'm not sure why they even have this deal where teams can submit plays they want reviewed by office. Nothing ever comes of it. They never admit they were wrong or try to implement something to prevent it going forward. I get human error, it happens in a fast paced game but there is no accountability at the league office.

Okay. That means every holder is down on every field goal.

Years that's the excuse SOS tried to use in 2007 when Les did it to SC

The comments are gold:

Kyle Pettey · Conductor at BNSF Railway
I wonder if he sent a clip in of his place holder throwing from his knee, which, by rule, is a dead ball.

The exception is he needs to raise his knee off the ground before throwing the ball.

Hope they included the one where Fournette used a left hook to hit a Florida defender in the side of the helment.

Robert Cooke
Yea I could understand if he flipped the ball but that was an over hand pass from his knees there needs to be something done about that !!!

He took something over the counter everyone just blows it out of proportion. He's a good kid and he's a great QB

Actually not true- in 2012 I forwarded a clip of a SC player punching an LSU player while he was on the ground and unable to defend himself- SEC contacted SC and the player was suspended for first half of the next game

I love this comment and response:

Lol...salty? Using terminology like that, I'm just gonna assume you haven't even grown any pubes yet. the UF defense tackled fournette for negative yardage several times, and anyone with half a fricking brain cell will tell you its easy to get as many yards as fournette if you're given the ball 90% of the time, and he was obviously getting frustrated if he felt the need to throw that punch

That first statement was ad hominem but if it makes you feel better keep it up. Hell, you'll probably need to google that so I'll wait. As for talking about Fournette, he had 31 touches for 180 yards and 2 touchdowns, which is 5.8 yards per carry. The Gators AS A TEAM had 31 carries for 55 yards and 1 touchdown, which is 1.8 yards per carry. Tell me again how "anyone with half a fricking brain cell will tell you its easy to get as many yards as fournette if you're given the ball 90% of the time"

In his second season here, speaking at one of the big booster luncheons, in response to a question bout the comparision to refs in the SEC and those in the Big 12, said: at Ok.State, I used to talk to the league director of officials twice a yr. One pre season to go over any/all new rule changes & hot items, the other at the end of the season for an exit review evaluation of the league's refs. He said that here at LSU, with SEC refs, he was sending in "valid complaints"...as opposed to questionable/gray area ones....every wk, with a minimum of 5 valid complaints in his opinion. He just stood there and shook hs head in disgust

I'm sure it helps in making the refs more aware in future games.
