LSU to Peach...Band Director at LSU Basketball Game Says....

im at the basketball game sitting right behind the band. the band director just told the band that were going to the chick-fil-a peach bowl. FYI....FWIW....
who do we want to play....?!!!?

Last year I found out that we were going to the National Championship from a band member (pre-official announcement).... usually the band finds out early due to traveling arrangements that need to be made. So, it's probably true.

i would trust anything i heard from the Band. When we were on our way back from Atlanta in 2003 the LSU athletic department called the band directors to let them know we were going to the National Championship game...they usually have the inside scoop..

It is true, Memphis wanted LSU but Atlanta won out! Heard this from the head of the Liberty bowl.

Just hope we dont play GA Tech, they have rushed for almost 900 yards in their last 2 games.....

I can confirm this. Niece is in band. They leave for Atlanta on the 28th.

WOW, our band director knows about what game we are going to before anyone else, even our own football coach and even before the bowl games themselves. Incredible- that band director must have ESPN or something
