LSU still gets 6 homes games, I'm counting Houston as a home crowd game, although not in BR. LSU will have SR QB, either Etling or Harris. This will be in their favor. OLine will be good, Guice back, good receivers, DLine good. Ole Miss will be losing serveral, MSU won't be good, Tennessee loses all of this talented Sr. class. Plus LSU will have Jimbo or THerm wrecking shizz.

Ole Miss will be feeling effects of newly -imposed sanctions so game in Oxford should be of less worried.

If you count BYU, it would be 7.

Our schedule is no different than Arkansas

They play 4 sec road games, 1 in dallas, and then one in little rock.

6 games in fayetteville next year

This is a good deal for LSU. Period.

Control our own destiny. Win.

Just fricking win.

I guess there is no way to financially get BYU to play in BR.

Season ticket holders pay big Tradition Fund for this?
Chattanooga
Troy
Syracuse
Auburn
Arkansas
Texas A&M

Why I stopped buying season tickets. The fees remain the same no matter the amount of home games. We only had six in 11. Makes the price you pay per ticket even higher.

Houston is in no way shape or form a home game.

If you have season tickets you get 6 games next year. Do you think LSU will adjust ticket prices to reflect this or we pay for 7 games and get 6?

You also could look at it like this:
Jacksonville St.
Mississippi St.
Missouri
Southern Miss
Ole Miss
Alabama
Florida

That's not a bad slate when you consider 5 home SEC games. Actually, it pisses me off that it worked out like this considering we lost two games we probably would have won if we had a different coach.

LSU's defense is going to be gutted. Unless you expect LaCouture to come back, only Valentine and Key will have decent experience on our entire 3 deep in the front 7. I hate what happened to Jefferson, but it now gives Battle a chance to gain valuable experience that we would have lost with Jefferson and Adams leaving the safety spot. Don't forget, losing lockdown Tre White as well.

LSU better go spread because we are going to HAVE TO score 40+ points on several teams just to win.
