South Carolina and Vandy are probably completely out of the discussion at this point.

No, they are def out.

No man, look at the money, that is all the committee sees. They see the numbers and they see the revenue.

The only time the NCAA makes money during the college postseason is during the Supers because there are better teams and less venues and expenses. Also, the starting bids for Supers is around $50,000

So basically, LSU is a goldmine, just as Texas is. If it comes down to LSU or Ole Miss, and we have a close RPI, better record, and have beaten them 3-1 this season. They can justify picking us. If Ole miss complains, they can simply say, maybe you should have beaten LSU a couple more times before crying.

Ole Miss is also losing -$300,000 a year in baseball so it would be a nice Regional host with it's 8,500 seat MAX capacity stadium, which they will not fill, but LSU makes the NCAA more money.

I'd like Arkansas to beat Ole Miss. Simply because they'd be out of pitching. Plus Ole Miss going 1-2 is better for LSU.

This is the best scenario IMHO.

I just want to say we beat Ole Miss 3 out of 4 this season, plus the RPI boost and the addition of another Top 50 RPI win, although Arkansas would also give us one.

Ole miss would also get an RPI boost. The best chance for Ole Miss to fall in the RPI is for them to lose to Arkansas and be done while we keep playing.

You're putting way too much emphasis on head to head and money.

Ole miss loses today, we beat Arkansas, then Florida for the title and we end up way ahead of Ole Miss in the RPI. That is the best case scenario.
