Who are your top 8 seeds right now?

We've seen this before.

In 2001 LSU's record after the SEC tournament wasn't quite as good as this season. They were 40-19-1 (18-2) and won the West. LSU went 3-1 in the tourney and made it to championship Sunday.

LSU didn't host a super. But Tulane did.

Wasn't trying to call you out. Merely clarifying. Kinda lose track of what happened with all these years of postseason baseball. I was about to get up in arms about us not hosting a regional after going 18-12 and winning the west

If we beat up Ole Miss, who stands at #11 in RPI, that will not only move us ahead of them, it will give us the season series against them in impressive fashion.

It isn't just RPI, if it comes down to us vs them for a final top seed and we beat them Saturday (Cheer for them to beat Arky since Arky won't help us one bit), then LSU finishes the season 3-1 against them.

NO WAY IN HELL COMMITTEE CHOOSES THEM OVER US with those one sided numbers.

Clemson has runner on second, two outs, bottom of 8th, in a 2-2 tie with Miami

Miami is being considered as the #8 seed but also could end up shitting in bed by losing tonight after being upset by Ga Tech and dropping one to UNC last week

Historically, how you finish the year matters a lot. Ole Miss is already only at 6-4 in their last 10 games. Another loss without adding a win and their finish would likely push us ahead of them. They like to pick the hot teams.

Got another one for you: Fullerton and Irvine 2009 = 19 miles

Corvallis to Eugene = 48 miles

Baton Rouge to Lafayette = 59 miles.

Distance has NOTHING to do with it.
