Watching a NASA feed and Ms. Fava from LSU is leading a team of 46 students flying 2 weather balloons for the eclipse at Carbondale, IL.

Hmmm you would think a state school in the midst of a perpetual budget crisis, in a state in the midst of a perpetual budget crisis, would forego frivolous expenditures. But nope, that would be too logical
