Hahahhahaha, the Butteyes 2nd and Stanford in the top 5!!! That is all you need to know to see that these polls are make believe! 
If only Notre Dame and Choklahoma were in the top 5 all would be well in the AP.

Yes, I wish so badly LSU was opening up the season against OSU. Just to end that BS right then and there and show that preseason rankings are such a joke. LSU would absolutely beat Ohio St first game of the season.. but since OSU plays one of the easiest schedules, they will probably end up in a BCS bowl.

Whenever LSU is ranked in the top five or three, then everyone pumps up that poll as being legit. When LSU is ranked lower and other teams are ranked higher. The polls are a joke. Can't have it both ways...

Meh..........don't think I'd agree with that. With what Stanford has coming back, they deserve to be preseason top 5. They're the defending Pac 12 champs, have a very good, mobile QB and have a VERY GOOD defense. I'd have them in my top 5 for sure.

Nah I just find it humorous that the same ppl here that raves about a poll before the season starts, just cause we are highly ranked. Are the same that have this "These polls are bs!" reaction when we are not highly ranked.
