Too busy getting shut out by unranked teams. Don't understand the enthusiasm, defense and recruiting have not been the fly in the ointment for LSU. Our problem is offensive production, these hires do not address the problem.

We get it, your last 4 posts have said this.

a few turnovers and sacks couldn't hurt right? it's not like those were things that were regularly happening under Chavis.

Yep, maybe if the D could have just scored more points that offense could take three knees and punt.

Definately what miles wanted all along. Steeles defensive plan? To load the roster with elite talent and turn em loose.

And the #1 thing he said is CREATE NEGATIVE PLAYS. That is what we have been missing, and the energy is back, I love it.

When Les is giving press conferences during the season, he's expending all of his energy in not giving out any information. This is a different situation.
This. Also, go to a Tiger Tour with him speaking. A much different approach.

Perhaps Miles seeming unfocused and disengaged this season wasnt just from the offense struggling.

perhaps he was also struggling behind closed doors with Chavis

He clearly has an axe to grind with Chavis & Haley. He was dropping bombs with the energy comments and calling Haley an intern. The A&M game is going to be fun for the next few years till we get Chavis fired.

Can you give the context in which he called Haley an intern?

Don't understand the enthusiasm

Then don't post. Seriously dude. Bringing in 2 new guys. This is what we've been bitching about for 2 weeks. I think people can be enthusiastic after the constant bashing of the program you and the rest supposedly love.

What is Brick Haley's current status with the team?

"Brick is currently an intern." I'm probably reaching, but it seems like his time here is done. Very emotionless in answering that question.

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, the pumpers will go all on your arse for mentioning our deficiencies on the offensive side of the ball and if you even think about questioning the coaching on that side of the ball.

That being said you have some valid points but we still needed to hire a DC and getting BeBe on staff is a big bonus!!! So that is what the enthusiasm is about. We have all spring to bitch about the offense and if and when they will be able to develop a QB.

Didn't watch the presser, don't plan to, still not happy about Steele.

But if Les is energized and refreshed, then that has to be good.

DC got 4 questions. DL coach got 13 or so. That was a bit awkward.

You may have a valid point. The team chemistry seemed different this year. After hearing Chavis' "I'm excited to be with a team with a good offense" comment (or however he said it) makes me think there were storm clouds gathering in the coaching meetings this past season.
