1 game back of 1st overall and you'd think we're a longshot to even make the SECT

With the current projected national seeds (D1 baseball) and the 2 series we have left, it's hard to see LSU getting one with how we've been playing.

That said, I hope like hell this will be the wake-up they need and they can kick it into high gear now.

Sadly, we needed some help to manufacture runs and PM isn't helping us any right now. But, let's hope they all come together and start showing some much needed passion.

Today was a great win for the Tigers!

Yes, teams usually have bad series and still beat Alabama.

Why do you think the SEC will get two national seeds?

We definitely have the talent, it's just time they put it all together at once now. I hope like hell they do.

Deichmann had a great day and Duplantis continues to be on fire. I hope they can keep this up and KR will start hitting line drives again and start giving this lineup some much needed help. Along with another bat or 2, we could start stringing together some Ws.

2 national seeds from the SEC is what's currently being projected. Just that LSU isn't one, yet.

Because they get that many almost every year. Kentucky and Florida are virtual locks unless they completely fall apart these last three weeks. The whole national seed argument is overrated in the postseason.

those two were Florida and Kentucky. Kentucky just lost a series to UGA. They play UT next week. if they don't sweep, they're done. They might actually be done with that series loss to Florida, as they were barely a projected national seed prior.

Auburn will be pissed after losing 2 maybe 3 to Bama, and Moo state will be really tough at home. Tough road, but if this team could finally put it all together after a series win over a decent SC team, it's possible. Gonna be an exciting 2 weeks.

That's true. The manufactured runs part was more referring to wild pitches, foot off the bag, etc. But, take what we can get.

Although, GD and AD came through clutch today.
