That's way oversimplifying things. UCLA was a good team last year, but they took advantage of a perfect storm of terrible bats, great pitching, and small ball. Good for them for taking advantage of it, but I wouldn't act like they were some all star team.

Agreed. We are the kentucky of basketball for preseason rankings. We are a top 15 team IMO.

They did do a good job of adapting to that 1906 White Sox "Hitless Wonder" role.
Hopefully the Deadball Era at TDAmeritrade will end after this year.
