LSU Men's Golf Team wins The Prestige at PGA West

LSU has the lead in the The Prestige at PGA West. Several other ranked teams in the event. Sam Burns is -5 thru 12 holes today.

Could have said they have a 9 shot lead with 5 holes remaining, but it might not have been that great when you first posted. Great rounds yesterday and today.

Burns will probably exceed David Toms as the greatest pro golfer to come out of LSU. Kid can play.

Sorry, had to leave office. It's a 4 shot win. Spent a few strokes coming down to the end. This team is young and loaded. They are only going to get better. Going to be fun to watch this team mature.

I like this stat page. LSU won because they were pretty consistent in ranking across par 3,4,and 5 holes, but if they improved that par 4 average just a little, they'd be unbeatable.
I was especially impressed with Caldwell's stats. 2.75 average on par 3. 13 birdies... I'm happy when I get one

Gymnastics is in the running with Golf for #3. Given that Gymnastics packs the house with each event, I would say they take #3.
