LSU is going to surprise everyone and beat Alabama

LSU is on a roll. The rest of our SEC opposition is weak (this is clearly a down year for the SEC). We could easily and readily win out.
I never would have thought our season would turn around after Troy and Mississippi State.
You can book it - LSU will beat Alabama.

i just dont see how this team is built to beat Bama. We are still the exact opposite of the normal teams that beat them, just like we have been since 2011. i.e. Auburn, Ole Miss, aTm, Clemson, etc.

We matchup terribly with Bama right now. No passing attack and a weak offensive line. They are licking their chops.
We’ll see how good Canada really is. If he can keep this respectable, that’s impressive. Bama has played their backups in basically every SEC game because the blowouts have been so bad.

We're finally winning where it is not "scraping by."
I've predicted every LSU win (or loss) this year so I feel confident.
A win over Alabama would do the LSU football program a lot of good.
ETA: The down side is that there would be no firing of Alleva.

I don't see it. Bama will run right at LSU where they are most vulnerable.
When LSU is on offense, the biggest mismatch in the game is at the LOS.
LSU will have to play out of their minds and still may need some breaks.

It would be so LSU to beat Bama in a year like this... And win out and even beat a UGA in the SEC Championship and still be left out of the CFP like the Big 10 champ Penn State last year over OSU. And all this as we still see Bama go to the CFP as a one loss team and win it all!

You'd think it would be common knowledge to work on a passing attack but they're not gonna do it.
I get the optimism and I'd be thrilled with the W but you should already know how this is gonna go.
