I've watched parts of 10-15 games over the course of opening week, and we have by far the worst offense of any team I've watched. The play calling, general confusion getting plays in leading to burnt timeouts, QB play, O-line play, drops by receivers and not fighting to come down with the ball. It's sad but true. We have the highest paid coaches and worst offense in college football. I'm a little upset about it

Not an exaggeration by any means. You see all these top 25 teams at least trade scores. LSU needed a pick 6 to score 14 on a unranked team.

Without a doubt. Our passing game is on par with only the service academies. We have the highest paid OC in the country.

Imagine how bad it would be without Fournette

I had a little hope this season would be different. I had that same hope so many times before. It isn't going to change until Les goes. I've never wanted him gone until now. I thought he would redeem himself this season knowing his job and legacy was on the line. It doesn't matter. Same ole shite

Vanderbilts offense looks like the 2014 Denver Broncos compared to ours.

He could be a volunteer and he would still be overpaid.

Yes and in 2015 he was the second highest paid assistant only behind Muschamp.

If it isn't the worst, it doesn't take long to call roll.

If Jimbo Fisher had Fournette, he'd be the leading rusher and receiver in the SEC. I think Cook for FSU had 6 receptions in the 1st half. He knows how to get the ball to his most talented guys any way he can if the usual way is not working that well.

ditto, my feelings exactly. I have always liked and backed Miles. But I really thought that after all that had happened that things would be different this season. That we would see a real change made to the offense, not only in play calling and philosophy, but also in organization and discipline. I thought Miles, and all the coaches, had a wake up call and that things would be different. It's the same old f'ing problems, but maybe even worse. I feel like I got kicked very fricking hard in the balls

What's sad is that it's been like this for 2 years before this, but somehow Miles survived how bad it was. I really can't envision any coach that makes the same ballpark salary as Les wouldn't have this team scoring 35+ points against just about every team. We have arguably the best RB in LSU history, 2 WRs that could both be 1st or 2nd rounders if given the opportunity to catch more than 4 or 5 balls. It's really difficult to watch our offense. I actually think Harris could be a good QB as well...I don't understand how we can continue to allow a highly paid coach to put such a poor offense on the field. What pisses me off the most is that I bought into the talk that things were going to change. What a load.
