I brought my decibel reader. Peaked at 107 on Ja Co Co and Moore's hits. Hit 102 a couple times too.

107dB for a baseball game...most football stadiums don't even get that loud...

After listening to 9 innings of The Box's noise level, watching the UCLA/Cal St. game afterwards was like watching a highschool game almost. When the fans started clapping with 2 strikes, it sounded like 10 or so were involved. Almost boring in comparision. The K Lady would be a star out there.

Up until the 8th, it was not quiet, but just interesting like watching a chess match. When JJ hit the triple, it erupted. When the OU coach came out to the mound after it, and stayed for a while, the ump wasn't making him leave. Fans booed as loud as I've ever heard.
Then, each hit after, it was as loud as I've ever heard.
And old fans are hilarious to listen to. Old lady behind me, after every pitch call she disagreed, yelled " go back to little league", or "go back to T-ball" at the ump. In a voice just barely louder than normal conversation. She then laughed heartily at her joke.
