After initially lying about the date ever being presented as a possibility, he could no longer ignore the possibility like it had never been presented to him because he had just addressed it. And he then came out with a firm paragraph long response that equates to “hell no.”

Spot on! The only truth about it was UF and LSU had a game to be played....after that it was all rhetoric/BS void of any facts. logic, and reason....

When a game is cancelled it falls 100% on the home team. When the visiting team doesn't show , then they forfeit. LSU just needed a time and date to show, but never got one over the 3 days (Sat thru Mon). After that, then nobody wants to budge. Blaming this on LSU in anyway is insane.

Funny you bring up last week.....you know, when I posted that the storm wasn't going to be bad enough to merit forcing moving the game to DV.

All I heard was DEVASTATION, INACCURACY OF MODELS, IRRESPONSIBLE TO THINK THE GAME COULD BE POSSIBLY PLAYED IN GAINESVILLE, YOU ARE AN IDIOT WITH NO WORLD VIEW etc etc etc

After game cancellation, less than 12 hours later, suddenly it was the opposite. THE MODELS ARE ONLY EXPECTING WHAT NOW?! OMFG! IT'S BARELY GOING TO RAIN THERE! WE COULD HAVE PLAYED!

So yes, thank you for citing that episode of "Today on the Rant"
