I liked his film coming out of High School. Remember thinking he had a mean streak. I guess too much of a mean streak. Hopefully he'll get his life together elsewhere

At least Verne is happy. Would have been the death of him to get that right.
ETA: on a serious note, I thought this dude had the potential to be another Drake Nevis. Guy with a relentless motor and lived in the backfield. Somewhat similar to the ASU DT a couple years ago.

Must have been a 4th stringer. Had to make an example out of someone. It sure wouldn't be a possible starting QB being dismissed.

Yep because he didn't dismiss Perriloux did he? 5 star QB instrumental in the 2007 national championship run and won the SECCG.
He dismissed him when we only had a Harvard transfer, redshirt freshman, and a true freshman as backups.
What Jennings did was incredibly stupid because he is on scholarship and the team, but really he was invited into the house and broke open a bedroom door to retrieve his stolen items. That's nothing compared to what Jefferson, Perriloux, or Trey L did.
I also think you forgot that we let go of a true freshman who was a high school track star. One of the top 5 fastest players in all the country once he stepped on the campus. A 4 star WR/DB/RB. Over two fights he had within months of each other.
