Les needs to let Chavis unleash his 1st team defense on the offense. Maybe getting their asses whipped all over the practice fields will make them have more desire to play better on Sat night.

They are going to have to show me. I haven't seen it in any game this year! U do know we were picked as #1 pre season.
The way we have played so far we should probably be 18th.

I thought that's what they did in the spring and fall camp, but I'm just a casual fan with no vested interest in the process.

Hey orange thing,

Les has been saying he would fix things for years now. He lays eggs last year in first half Arky and Ga. and the whole Bama game 2, then he waits until now to fix it.... Please!!

He should have fixed things when Krags was diagnosed..Hire a great OC and stay out of it. What he did, tried another Co-coord deal that was not that bad the first few games. Then he plays JJ and we slowly regress the rest of the year.

If 1-9-12 did not get his attention to fix this poor offense, I have no faith in him. He will always play not to lose!!!!

#1 Get rid of running back by committee, pick 1 running back(K. Hillard) and run him like Texas ran Earl Cambell.
#2 Guarantee R. Sheppard 8 touches a game, only on reverses, screen plays, sweeps,(get the point-in space).
#3 Start searching for next years offensive coordinator, ie: Steve Spurrier's offensive coordinator or some young offensive genius looking for a big break.

I'm pissed that Les waited until a loss before making necessary changes to improve the offense.

Make that two losses...1/9 for LSU.

You don't fix two years of high school football offense in one week.

His whole philosophy is..."I out-recruited you." Simple, running with better athletes.

I honestly don't think Les Miles has any ingenuity to transform the offense into something resembling modern college football.

Stupid statement is stupid. Follow me and I'll show you why.

1. During the offseason our offense probably did look good. I doubt the receivers were dropping balls in practice.

2. We weren't missing half our line in the off season.

3. Do you think miles just let Chavis use the offense for his D to bruise up? Of course they've been working on the offense all offseason. You can't predict injuries or dropped balls.

NOW, not to be confused with a miles knight; miles should get on their asses about the penalties and give other receivers a chance. "we are playing the best receivers we have". Yeah, the best receivers in practice. Let someone else get a chance to play in real time if the starters can't catch. It will only make them put more effort into catching.

If you would have said I'm thinking this should have been done after our first shitty offensive performance, not after a loss. It would be more rational.
