Someone should post a video of when Ron Brooks was coming down on kickoff coverage and Julio returned it to the left side of the field, and Brooks coming down on opposite side Bama's #4 went right for his knees...legal or not that is a bs play, completely away from any action. Maybe it was not seen on the broadcast, but I saw it from the North EZ and after the play Brooks got in his face about it.

Yup you just dont know all the circumstances. If it was in retaliation for something earlier I'm ok with it. If it was unprovoked I'd be disappointed. Either way I have no idea what the whole story is, so I'll have to reserve judgement.

Happens all the time. Not condonning it, just saying. He probably was on the receiving end of some jabs himself earlier in the game that wasn't caught on video.

My best friend was an O-lineman for Tulane way back in the day, and tells me all the time about how when blocking there were ways that all linemen would uppercut D-linemen, and the D-linemen would do the same. Said it got super nasty.
