JJ will be fired, of that I am sure....there is no need to do it now as Football was different. We had a shot after 2 games...we dont have a shot now and a new coach, or interim coach would not be the same. JJ will go quietly into that goodnight, and hopefully we will see an Orgeron like hire that makes sense.

I think hiring cjj in the first place was a orgeron type hire ...the "one of us" hire...we may need to get a basketball nerd brad stevens type guy...not a rara guy.jmo

If not fired now, what's the point of playing another game? To see what records the other team can break? His team has QUIT! Let an assistant try to keep us competitive at least. Thoughts?

So we waste the next few recruiting months with a coach everyone knows is getting fired?

Also, we are going to waste the time of the players on our team with a coach who can't teach them anything?

Yes I agree and no the season isn't lost there's still the sec tourney if you win that you're in. Plus you don't want kids giving up on the program and planning to transfer give them some hope and let them enjoy playing for LSU. Why not let Randy take over and show the kids some light and maybe they'll stick together. Not to mention what keeping jones on is going to do to recruiting I promise you some players that were thinking about coming have crossed us off now. Firing him may get them to re consider.
