That may be a bit high, a good coach can get things turned around in a much shorter period of time than that....but ironically it was one Mr. Collis Temple who said after Brady's firing, "the only two choices are Johnny Jones or Butch Pierre or you will set the program back 10 years."
I knew when I read that his influence on the program was trouble.
