I’m from Morgan City with the same high school name. The only player that I know from there to ever play for LSU is:

Grant Dozar, a utility player arrived in 2009.

Please state your high school or hometown.

Last player was Maurice Hampton who actually went to my high school as well. Blake Money is from the neighboring suburb where I live now

Warren Morris, Jordan Faircloth, Matt Beck, and then Ronnie Rantz went to high school in Alexandria I think.

I saw that but it’s pretty damn cool. I didn’t realize he was from Louisiana.

It could probably be a bigger topic, which MLB player is from your hometown that went straight from high school?

Will Helmers is a Jesuit grad

Other Jesuit Grads from the past decade or so:
Mason Katz
Michael Hollander
Jordan Rittner

Other guys I had a connection to:
Greg Deichmann - went to middle school with my brother.
Sean McMullin - we were aquaintences in HS.
Trey Morgan - coached him in middle school football.

Funny story, I was talking to Trey about playing HS football and he cut me off and told me that he's a baseball guy. I tried to convince him otherwise thinking he was making a mistake (never saw him play baseball until LSU btw) but alas, I was the fool.

Yeah, I was hoping you BR and NO frickers would list your particular high school since the players are so numerous.

But I understand that St. Joe’s never had any LSU baseball players.

That’s correct.

St. Joseph’s is an all girls catholic school.
