I don't sit on the computer all day and research which coach is hot right now and having a high amount of success given their resources

I can 100% assure you that we can find a coach who can keep up Mainieri's mediocre recruiting at a program like LSU and actually do a halfass job at managing them as a bonus though.

Also I hate to break this to you but the SEC is way better today than it was under skip. Not to mention the bat changes. The game is much more difficult to manage today. Maineri has a much harder job.

I think it is time for improvements at the HC position. There are many consistent up and coming coaches out there right now that would dominate with the prestige of LSU baseball. I have been liking what Matt Riser has been doing with SELU as they have had great RPI the last few years.

Name a hire that would come to LSU that you said no doubt will do better. I'm not saying somebody can't come in and do better I'm saying the odds of someone doing better is far less likely than someone coming in and doing worse.
