It's been raining, so it's wet. About 38 degrees. We got in yesterday evening, drove around downtown, ate some good pizza. We went to the Opryland resort last night. Saw 2 LSU players and about 6 Notre Lame chumps. Got a full day planned today. Around Opryland and our hotel, it's been about 50/50 crowd split. Today should be a lot of fans around town.
Stopped in Tuscaloosa on the way. All the outside gates were locked, we were unable to get inside the stadium. Saw the baseball field, literally just the field. The stadium concourse has been torn down.
That brings up the question, how can a baseball team be relocated all year, but A&M thinks they will have 40,000 seats up and ready in 9 months?

As for my expectations for the game, I don't necessarily disagree with Heisman Pose, but it's a game against Notre Dame, and a fun family trip. It's hard to put Omaha tickets under the Chritmas tree. Kids can't wait that long for Christmas.
