I agree I liked the Nike Combat. Really liked the helmets.

I dont have a link but I thought I remembered an assitant AD or someone saying it would be too expensive to do those unis again for just one week. Im pretty sure they could sell them afterwards and make the money back but....

Maybe with the budget cuts all over campus they've tightened up a bit as well

LSU is not wasting money on a one time uniform change when they have purple ones they rarely wear at all - maybe they could change the purple uniform up for the two games they wear that one

Let's just go with the old gold helmets with the white jerseys and purple pants for home.

Go with purple jerseys and gold pants with the old gold helmets for the away games. I want them to go back to the old gold colors anyway look's better and goes better with the purple and white.

The all-whites would look even better if the farker handn't used a midget to dummy them up on.

Trindon looks like a circus freak out there b/c he's so disproportionately small and the helmet looks so big on his body.

I wish we could get a look of the all whites on an LSU player with a cool physique like Sheppard or JJ.
