Except the discussion didn't include either the level of talent on TCU's defense nor the talent on the offenses they've played.
It's easy to put up great numbers for/against 2&3 star players.
You're so dense it's staggering.
Why would it be an argument against TCU that they have less talent than LSU? Wouldn't that mean they execute better on defense.
Also, read the thread. TCU has played much better offenses than anything LSU has seen.
Go take your idiocies somewhere else.

LSU #1 defense for real
And the best Offense you have played is Mississippi State who is ranked #55 in the nation.
Not saying your D isn't good just saying....
Dude, we have beat, not real pretty, 4 ranked teams this year. Call me stupid, but we are finding ways to win, and that is what counts at the end.

Auburn has also found ways to win to this point

True. TCU has a lot of talent, but I don't think they have the depth on the sidelines to keep everyone healthy to compete on the level a SEC team has.

You can't diminish what Boise or TCU is doing. Especially TCU with the defenses they've faced.
I never mentioned Boise State. And I think you meant to say "Especially TCU with the offenses they've faced." , since we were talking about comparing defensive stats.
And yes, I can "diminish" what TCU has done. Since LSU has faced a far more difficult schedule thus far than what TCU has.
LSU's past opponents are rated the 15th-toughest schedule in the country, while TCU's is rated 61.

This is the reason we beat Auburn period. We will shutdown Newton.
pretty ballsy there bruh
cant shut down a guy like that, but you can contain him; if that happens and Lee plays well were in good shape.

based on my opinion.
not saying that LSU doesnt have a great defense just that Iowa has a better one thus making the title of this thread moot.
but at the very least i think those of you who are reasonable can agree that Iowa D-line>LSU D-Line

of course TCU shut down curently ranked Baylor #3 and SMU #17 in total offense so..
where would Baylor and SMU's offenses rank playing in the SEC ? Get real.

Right back at you. I'll say this as if to a child, since apparently that's the level of intellect I'm dealing with.
Those " better offenses" you talk about put up their numbers against teams like Buffalo and Sam Houston St.

Me, too. No disrespect to Iowa's line, but no way are they better than LSU.

most college football analysts seem to think Iowa's is the best in the country.
LSU still has a great one though

LSU has not played a good offense all year. I'm just sayin.
Auburn, Arkansas, and Bama all have better offenses than any team LSU has faced.
LSU reminds me a lot of that 2005 UCLA team. Good start with a lot of close wins before ultimately getting blown out by Arizona and USC. Also reminds me of 2009 Iowa and 2004 Wisconsin

Said Tx would get hammered by Nebraska.
