Loved the new offense

sure it has some kinks that need to be worked out and hated when we reverted back for much of the second half. Those kind of problems can be expected when you overhaul your offense in the last game of the regular season. But at least it gives hope going forward and it shows that Miles/Cam are capable of creating and implementing an effective offense even without experienced talent like Mett, Landry, OBJ, HIll, and Turner

Absolutely no one is saying that. But if you didn't notice they tried new things last night that they probably saw on film and schemed for, then you aren't being objective.

There were some nice changes, but it was against a weak run defense. Jennings remains a liability when trying to pass, too many overthrows. He did run very well, but again against a weak defense and Harris can run just as well. I hope that Harris gets a real chance to show what he can do in the bowl game.

I was really pissed off and happy as hell about the offense at the same time. Where the frick has it been all year? When we played Bama one thing I thought we should have done is attack the outsides of their D Line with Jet sweeps and read options. Didnt get anything like that. All of a sudden they ran I think 6 or 7 jet sweeps I counted last night. BRILLIANT

also operated out of the shotgun a lot, threw the ball to different recievers, backs, TE and threw on 1st and 2nd down (did get away from it and the early interception didn't help but these and other problems will get better with more reps in the new system)

You can afford to be more creative against low grade defense. Against top tier competition I think we will go back in a shell. Offense could have put the game away seceral times and failed to do so. This is a hump that we still can't seem to get over.
