I wasn’t there for Florida 2007 and was only 3 years old for the Earthquake game but I was there ten years ago for Bama in 2012 and this was way louder. For me, this was the loudest Tiger Stadium I’ve ever experienced in my life. The place was superb from start to finish. Not sure about loudest ever but it has to at minimum be a top 3 game.

A+++ to the fans, team, and coaches.

We had more fans last night than 2007. Yes. More fans make a louder stadium when all else is equal

I'm going with UGA 2003, but I wasn't at the game last night. UGA 2003 was special.

To be honest it didn’t come through on my tv. Maybe it’s my setup or maybe it was going from the cbs broadcast to the ESPN broadcast making Athens appear louder either way I know it was loud as shite…

I really don’t remember exactly how loud each game was, as I was under the influence for all 3, but last night was just as fun as 2003 UGA.

2007 UF was pretty loud.

I was a young teenager in ‘97, but UF was a crazy loud game.

I was at both. Now, I was in totally different parts of the stadium, but last night was the loudest thing I have ever heard. That includes the earthquake game.

I've been to all of those games. 97 UF, 03 UGA, 07 UF, 12 Bama, 19 UF, and 22 Bama. Last night was the most sustained noise I've ever heard in that stadium. It was ear splitting.

1979 USC. I was in the upper deck and did not hear the noise. But my friends in the student section said they could not talk to each other because it was that loud.

That’s awesome.

I hold 2003 UGA in high regard due to the brook trout look. After UGA scored on the 90 yard screen play to tie the game, TS went nuts during the TV timeout. I believe we willed that team to victory. It was truly amazing. Maybe not the loudest, but truly awesome.

Any game pre expansion does not count. More people automatically makes it louder. Plain and simple.

Yes, my wife and I were literally yelling into each others ears to talk and still couldn't hear what we were saying. Not exaggerating at all, it was astonishing.

I wasn’t alive in ‘88 for the Earthquake.
I was there for:
Bring Back the Magic ‘95
UF ‘97
Tenn ‘00
AUB ‘01
UF and AUB ‘07
Bama ‘10 & ‘12

and many, many, many, more …

But last night was Death Valley. Last night goes up there will all of those incredible atmospheres. The fans brought it and stayed, the traffic was well worth it. ESPN showed a sound meter that registered at 110db in the NEZ last night.

What a game. What a night. Happy to have made that memory!

My dad was there. He said his ears were still ringing a week later and he had a hard time hearing people at work because the noise level was constant the entire game. There was no lull in the noise. Just a packed stadium full of blue collar people blowing their vocal cords.
